Sometimes my mornings are hectic. And sometimes I’m just super lazy. Either way, I always make sure I eat breakfast. It’s my favorite meal, without a doubt. Overnight oats are definitely a go-to for me because they’re so easy and super filling!
Makes one serving
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut (or almond) milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
dash of cinnamon
splash of vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and let sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning top with brown sugar (if desired) and fresh fruit!
